Service Description
Discover Tajogaite on a Private Guided Tour Exclusive transportation, refreshments, and drone photos/videos included. A comfortable route, at your own pace, in the language of your choice. Your experience begins with a private transfer from the meeting point to Llano del Jable, crossing the new road over the lava flows. Along the way, you will pass through areas visibly transformed by the 2021 eruption, where the volcano’s impact on homes, crops, and infrastructure is still evident. This first encounter allows you to understand the scale of the event even before the hike begins. Upon reaching the start of the 7 km route, and after a brief introduction, you will head to a natural viewpoint with spectacular views of the Tajogaite Volcano crater rim and Spain’s youngest volcanic landscape. At the viewpoint, we will capture an aerial video and photo with a drone, creating an exclusive and spectacular memory of your experience above Tajogaite Volcano. From there, you will begin a gentle descent (600 m drop), walking along the volcanic cone and over ash from the latest eruption. During the hike, your guide will tailor the commentary to your interests—geology, local history, or social impact—and will even share real testimonies from people affected by the 2021 eruption. The activity concludes in Las Manchas, one of the areas most impacted by the volcano. At the end of the excursion, you will receive a unique keepsake: photos and video of your experience, including aerial drone footage taken by a certified pilot. If needed, a Joëlette chair for people with reduced mobility can be requested. Please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper organization. Cancellation Policy
Para garantizar un servicio eficiente, contamos con una política de cancelación clara y transparente. 1. Cancelaciones por parte del cliente Las cancelaciones deben notificarse por escrito (vía correo electrónico o teléfono) al menos 48 horas antes del inicio de la actividad. Cancelación con más de 48 horas de antelación: Reembolso completo (100% del importe abonado). Cancelación entre 24 y 48 horas antes: Reembolso del 50%. Cancelación con menos de 24 horas: No se realiza reembolso, ya que los costes de organización ya han sido asumidos. No presentación (No-show): No se realiza reembolso. 2. Cancelaciones por parte de La Palma Excursion En caso de cancelación por causas técnicas o de fuerza mayor (condiciones meteorológicas adversas, enfermedad del guía, u otras situaciones imprevistas), nos comprometemos a: -Ofrecer una fecha alternativa, según disponibilidad. -Si no fuera posible reprogramar, realizaremos un reembolso completo del importe abonado. 3. Modificaciones de reserva Si deseas modificar la fecha u horario de tu reserva, por favor infórmanos con al menos 48 horas de antelación. Intentaremos adaptarnos a tus necesidades según disponibilidad. Modificaciones con más de 48 horas: Sin coste adicional (salvo diferencia de precio entre actividades). 4. Cancelaciones para grupos y tours privados Para reservas de grupos o tours privados, se aplica la misma política, pero es necesario avisar con al menos 72 horas de antelación para optar al reembolso completo. Cancelaciones tardías podrían implicar costes adicionales, según el tamaño del grupo. 5. Cancelaciones por motivos de salud Si no puedes asistir por una urgencia médica, te pediremos un certificado médico. En ese caso, se ofrecerá un cambio de fecha gratuito o un reembolso. 6. Seguridad y condiciones meteorológicas Las actividades están sujetas a posibles cambios o cancelaciones por motivos de seguridad (clima, terreno, etc.). En ese caso, se informará al cliente lo antes posible y se ofrecerá la opción de reprogramar o recibir un reembolso. 7. Reembolsos Los reembolsos se gestionarán en un plazo máximo de 7 días laborables desde la cancelación, usando el mismo método de pago de la reserva. 8. Aceptación de esta política Al realizar una reserva con La Palma Excursion, el cliente acepta de forma automática los términos de esta política de cancelación.
