Cancellation Policy | La Palma Excursion
To ensure efficient service, we have a clear and transparent cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations by the client
Cancellations must be notified in writing (via email or phone) at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: Full refund (100% of the amount paid).
Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refunds will be issued, as the organization costs have already been covered.
No-show: No refunds.
2. Cancellations by La Palma Excursion
In the event of cancellation due to technical reasons or force majeure (adverse weather conditions, illness of the guide, or other unforeseen situations), we undertake to:
-Offer an alternative date, subject to availability.
-If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Reservation modifications
If you wish to change the date or time of your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate your needs based on availability.
Modifications made more than 48 hours in advance: No additional cost (except for price differences between activities).
4. Cancellations for groups and private tours
For group or private tour reservations, the same policy applies, but at least 72 hours' notice is required to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur additional fees, depending on the group size.
5. Cancellations for health reasons
If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, we will require a medical certificate. In this case, you will be offered a free rescheduling or a refund.
6. Safety and weather conditions
Activities are subject to changes or cancellations due to safety reasons (weather, terrain, etc.). In this case, guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of cancellation, using the same payment method used for the reservation.
8. Acceptance of this policy
By making a reservation with La Palma Excursion, the customer automatically accepts the terms of this cancellation policy.
